Jeannie is a Gem!!! When was the last time you entered a hardware store and they remembered your name? Ace Hardware is lucky to have Jeannie as an employee. She is the most friendly and helpful associate I've run into... anywhere.

She is quick to find us the product we need and always enters our Ace Hardware account number so we can get points for coupons. As anyone who has worked with the public, it's not always easy putting on a smile every day. It's takes a certain type of person to bring this type of exceptional service.

We often complain when we have a bad experience, but rarely share when people do a good job. Hopefully upper management acknowledges what Jeannie brings to the company....
