I began my journey here in October, attending classes for about five weeks, and after participating in four drop-in sessions, I decided to commit to the gym. I intentionally waited to post a review until I had worked with all of the coaches and interacted with most of the members to gain a well-rounded understanding of the gym's culture, professionalism, and the dedication everyone puts in.
After training in both group and one-on-one settings, I can confidently say this gym is exceptional. For the first time, I’ve pushed myself beyond my limits and embraced workouts that challenge me in ways I never thought possible. Previously, I stuck to routines that felt comfortable, seeing minimal progress. But now, with the support and expertise of this team, I’m achieving real, tangible results.
Jason, the owner, is incredibly personable and fosters a supportive, high-energy environment where every coach is encouraged to bring their unique style and expertise to the table. Each coach offers valuable insights, and their passion for seeing you succeed is infectious. The excitement they show when you overcome a challenge—especially one you’ve struggled with—creates an atmosphere of constant motivation and growth.
The sense of "family" here is unlike anything I’ve experienced in a gym. The community thrives on positivity, encouragement, and unwavering support. Even on days when you feel like you’re not crushing it, they’ll remind you of your progress and welcome you back with enthusiasm the next morning.

Facility is all you could ask for from a CF location - AC on and fans literally line the walls circulating air (as you're sucking wind searching for air)
Music is loud and gets you moving
More importantly, STAFF is friendly, accommodating and supportive

Side note: you don't get in better shape to join CF - you join CF, regardless of your level, to get in shape. It's the coaches job to work with you and help you scale accordingly to your skill/ability.
