If you are on the fence about HRT/TRT then schedule an appointment with Anna. She is knowledgeable, kind, and understanding about everything that comes with replacement therapy. I was very nervous about starting treatment as there is a lot to take in and its a huge step. Anna answered every question I had and explained everything in an easily digestible manner. After receiving my bloodwork she went line by line explaining what each level meant and what I needed to worry about and what changes I can make on my end to improve them. Only after ensuring that I had a firm grasp of everything and was comfortable did we progress.

As far as TRT goes, it is the best decision I have made in a while. I can work out hard again without feeling down and depleted the next day and just feel all around great. I opted for the pellets and they are great as they go in and you can pretty much forget they are there. No need to worry about pinning every day, or few days.

So I have been working on my weight for a while but for some reason nothing seemed to work. I finally talked to my doctor and got a prescription and those meds were horrible I couldn’t sleep and my heart rate was super high. I finally decided to talk to friends who have done the shots and they answered all my questions. I met with Anneliese at Elite Bio and started the shots (May 2024) it took time to get use to eating differently and adjusting the meds to work for me. As of today I am officially down 25 pounds since January 1st and I just bought pants that are 2 sizes down from what I have been wearing.

I feel absolutely amazing and with my most recent blood work I am no longer prediabetic, my cholesterol levels are all in good range and I feel amazing!
