Kohl's — Local services in Angola

Some stuff here is ok. But the whole store looked like a clothing volcano erupted. I understand that customers have a tenancy to pick things up and put them back where ever is convenient but it was especially difficult to find what I was looking for. And price wise they're pretty steep when you can find what you want. Also they have some stuff in multiple locations within the store...which is confusing and makes it harder to find things you are looking for in your size. Need a better system for the displays and some clean up...and better sales deals and I would gladly improve the star rating. Location wise, it's pretty convenient, and they certainly offer a better variety then...

I enjoy shopping kohl’s because you are free to shop at your own pace without a sales person trying to help you. I like that the dressing rooms are open to use when you are ready. No waiting to have one unlocked by an employee. I also like that you are allowed to take in as many clothes as you want at a time, so you can take in 2 sizes of the same shirt, for example, instead of having to get dressed and go out to get the other size if the first size doesn’t fit. I like the good sales, but the draw back is the way they work refunds on returned items. You want to be sure you are going to keep what you buy. That’s why I give a 4 star instead of 5...

I normally like Kohls but not happy with my most recent visit. Had purchased several items. Went to put a pair of jeans in the laundry and the security tag was still on them!!! The buzzer had sounded as I was leaving when purchased but instead of checking the girl said "it is probably just your jewelry your fine." Yes mistakes happen but the closest kohls is 26 miles(one way)and I live in a small town with no clothing stores close by. I called. Said I'd have to come in. I could have followed utube but some of those were shady!! So, I drove 26 miles and got a "oops sorry bout that". No credit, no nothing. Thanks for...
