I am horrified that it is 2023 and this pool body shames those who aren’t under 100lbs. My friend got told to “cover up,” by a lifeguard who clearly felt uncomfortable to say something as another woman, so she did cover up. Then a male security guard comes up, escalates, and talks to her boyfriend about the situation?! Are you joking. Apparently some karen complained. But apparently there are “rules,” which clearly only apply to girls who have larger parts of the body that make people insecure and hateful, as the woman clearly felt the need to complain. My friend has worn exactly what she did before and nothing happened until this karen complained this one time. On top of that, there were multiple other young adults wearing bathing suit bottoms that were as “revealing” but we’re not complained against because they were “smaller”. This caused my friend to leave only after 15 minutes out of being uncomfortable after this. I am disturbed, disgusted, and horrified at this place for standing by and condoning in...

First I must say the website does not say what the prices are to get in. So for anyone who wants to go here for the first time, Annapolis residents are $6 and non residents are $10 which isn’t that bad. But there’s a bigger problem. It was only 45 mins after opening a child threw up in the kids pool. I thought that was it but 30 mins later, presumably the same child threw up again in the bigger pool, after which half the people left the place. Then the kid threw up a third time a couple hours later. They should have a rule saying if someone is sick and causes such an incident they should be forced to leave the pool instead of staying and causing another incident not too far away.

Lastly, they should have a maximum capacity because it gets super crowded after 15 minutes. So crowded in the big pool in fact that at its worst, there’s only room for standing. Unexpected Early Closure and Inconvenience

I recently visited the pool and checked the closing time on the website, which stated: "Pools close at 7:00 PM. Facility closes at 7:30 PM." However, at 5:35 PM, a whistle was blown, signaling that the pool was closing. When I got out of the pool, I was shocked to find out that the locker room and bathroom were already closed. This forced me to drive home in my swimsuit, which was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. This experience has made me hesitant to return.

I hope the management takes steps to ensure accurate information is provided on the website or communicated verbally if the schedule changes daily.
