As the director of Academy Ballet School of Annapolis, located at Maryland Hall, I continue to be amazed by the hard work and dedication of the Md Hall staff and educators at this difficult time. Maryland Hall continues to keep the arts alive in Annapolis in spite of covid by offering many virtual classes on line and when allowed by covid regulations, a few live classes in dance and art courses. The staff has gone way above in their effort to promote a covid safe environment following all rules and safety procedures. Their clients and students are so very thankful for the classes they have been able to offer in this safe environment. Read moreThis was our first time visiting this venue, to attend a music concert. We had originally purchased tickets in the orchestra section, midway from the stage. We decided to relocate to the back row of the orchestra section, due to a couple sitting behind us, who were talking loudly and being overly enthusiastic during the show. Others sitting next to us followed our lead! Having said this, the venue is small enough that pretty much all seats are good seats, unless you really enjoy being right on top of the artists performing.
