Poor service, would not recommend. My elderly parents recently visited this store with the intent to have their order corrected regarding a recliner they had purchased. The request to correct the mistake was disregarded by the female working the desk (not sure of her name, just know that she is pregnant) and my parents asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Kory, appeared and began using profanity and racial slurs, demanding my parents leave the store. They left due to the threatening behavior by Kory, and they contacted BBB. Only after the BBB was contacted did this business make an attempt to correct the situation. My parents did get a recliner but it wasnât the recliner they had originally wanted/ordered. They were told they couldnât be given the correct one due to the store âgoing out of businessâ. While there are legal threats being made against the negative reviews regarding this situation, I know that a Google review on a business serves as a way for customers to publicly share their experience with a company, providing potential customers with insights about the quality of service, products, and overall satisfaction, which can significantly influence their decision to patronize the business, while also impacting the business's online visibility and search ranking on Google Maps and Search results. I have never personally visited this store, but my family and friends have purchased furniture from here, theyâve always dealt with an elderly woman who was always very friendly and professional. Not sure if the business has changed hands or what the reason is for this new âmanagerâ. I will leave this review and will do my part to bring awareness to the unprofessionalism of this business in hopes that no one else be treated with such disrespect. The delivery guys no sooner left our house and my wife noticed a one inch slit in the Naugahyde material right in the middle of the seat. My wife immediately called the store and spoke to Mindy the owner and explained the situation. Within a few hours, Cory called and apologized. He said he would order material and as soon as it arrived, he would have his upholstery guy repair the couch. Withing a few weeks we recieved a call that the material arrived. They came and picked up our couch and took it back to the store and had it repaired. The upholstery guy did an amazing job and the couch looks like new. It is all absolutely beautiful and we love it. Everything we purchased is signature by Ashley, which is my favorite brand so I was very happy to see that they carry it. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The prices Are very good, better than my husband thought they were going to be. The woman who sold us our Furniture was Very kind, knowledgeable, and helped a lot With any questions we had. We scheduled delivery for the next day and it was here very quickly.
