Culver’s — Restaurant in Antigo

I have always had nothing but good experiences at any Culver's. However, I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service. The person taking our order through the drive thru was extremely rude and not accommodating to any of our reasonable requests. You would think during these times of the pandemic people would he reasonable and kind and accommodating, but it was the total opposite. The employee cut me off while talking and raised their voice over the top of me. Not only was the service awful, but our order was completely wrong.... we got the wrong sandwich and we didn't get any of the condiments we asked for. (Ranch and ketchup and salt).

Culver's has always been a favorite of mine... but this was a major turn off and I will definitely be recommending everyone to not come to this Culver's. I hope you train your employees to do better and treat people better...

I've been here twice in the last month coming home from camping both times. First time my order was messed up, sscond time, my second time, my order was messed up AGAIN and there was terrible customer service. Going through the drive through (as the lobby is understandably closed). We requested to place two separate orders and were told that is wasnt possible and against policy. I suggested splitting the order onto two cards, also against policy. The employee taking our order was extremely rude and had a very infuriating attitude. After trying a couple times to make it work there was no effort on culvers side to resolve the issue. Very angry while waiting for the food. To then find out it was wrong yet again. I have not received a correct order from this culvers yet and will NOT be returning. My family and I will just go to taco bell as they can do...

This is a typical Culvers so most of you know what you are getting into before you even stop into the place.

It was fairly clean. Most of the staff was helpful. It was dead in there at 7 pm when we stopped yet the person at the counter did seem over whelmed by the two customers including myself that was there. Could have been that they were just ready for the night to be over but either way seemed like they were struggling a bit. The person who brought our food out was extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Overall this is decent food for a fast food chain. They have blended good food with the fast food concept. This location was like many of the others so expect the normal when...
