Walgreens — Local services in Antigo

Dropped a compound paper copy RX for my infant son at the drive thru around 10:30 am on a Saturday. A pharmacy technician, had apparently stopped me to double check and make sure they had the ingredients for the medication and that they could complete it. I was told yes. Had a voicemail left on my phone near 2pm, miraculously when lunch is done ( nothing like taking our sweet time since 10:30....) to call back. I was connected with the pharmacist Maria, who indicated that she now could not process the order and that it may be done Monday night at the earliest.... 2 1/2 days minimum. Nearest pharmacy in Weston. On top of it I was told we needed to pick it up..... 🤬 Maria is incompetent and disorganized and appears incapable of performing her job correctly and playing games with my time and my sons medication. To go from yes we can get it done to nope, now you need to wait till likely Tuesday, absolutely unacceptable. Save your self precious time and go elsewhere. I then called the Weston Walgreens and spoke with Dan. He stated he could even do a partial fill and get it for me immediately, he verified they never even processed the script as he couldn’t find it electronically loaded but said they indeed could fax it over. I have been getting this medication from this pharmacy for years,this months prescription had alot of broken,and chipped pills that I could not dose myself with.I went in to get them exchanged for ones that were not broken and had to argue with the pharmacist just to have the ones that were broken exchanged,he would not exchange the chipped pills.The ones he did exchange did not equal to my dose,I am missing one of them,so I have to go a day ,with half the medication I should have.I have had problems with them in the past,after reading some of these other reviews,most likely will be switching to...

Pharmacy is terrible. Always having to call in to check prescription status. Usually have to refill the same prescription multiple times before they actually start working on it. Then it usually takes 4-5 days for them to finish.
