The cashier was a really short woman and she didnât even know her own menu. She refused to go to the back and ask her coworkers for help. And continued to treat us like we were stupid. We ordered a meal deal for 3.19 and a Crunchwrap. They charged us for the burrito in the meal deal thatâs 3.59 and the Crunchwrap. We asked for our drink and Doritos. They rudely gave it to us but not the Crunchwrap. Continued to get mad when I asked for it and made faces and comments behind the counter as if we couldnât see them. So I asked for a full refund. We paid card and they claimed to gave us the refund but it still charged the card. Other customers around us stopped us outside and said theyâre sorry that happened to us. Ridiculous workers. I didnât get names but I have descriptions, an extremely short middle aged looking woman and an overweight woman with glasses and dark hair. I work in fast food and I can understand some things but these people were just plain jokes. I will never eat at this Taco Bell again and neither should you. And not only was this happening to us but a man had put in a mobile order and they didnât even start making it until he showed up at the store. He only had tacos and they hadnât even given it to him after we left and we were in there for a good 20 minutes. Slow service and...
Read moreThis was from an experience the evening of April 16th, 2021 around 9pm. I made a review and for some reason, it never posted. So good thing I screenshotted it and was able to recreate it below. Enjoy!
Whoever was on duty tonight when I requested hand sanitizer in the drive-thru and you thought of the brilliant idea of passing it on in a sauce cup, thank you so much! And the employee who made my chicken quesadilla tonight, you my friend, are the king of all Taco Bell kings. That was the sauciest most delicious quesadilla of my life, and I've scoured many a Taco Bells in search of that exact mouth watering experience. I only hope that you have the magic to recreate that time and time again. I'm not even mad you slighted me on my mild hot sauce. Just keep coming with that extra drippy sauce on my quesadilla and we're square. I tip my hat to you tonight when I should have tipped your jar had I known I was in for the best 16 bites of my life. To those reading this, if you're debating between Taco Bell and crusty Burger King next door, it's no question where to spend your dollars on the late night. The TB King will surely serve...
Read moreIf you're from Antioch you know a street has a lot of transient. As I was about to order food someone asked me for some change. I asked them what they wanted for food instead and had them order. As the order was concluded the cashier asked if I wanted to make a donation I responded with I'm already doing God's work and feeding someone. When I got to the window and handed over my card I saw the cashier going through the receipts. When she handed my card back she also handed me another bag of food telling me that they had to order that was never picked up that I could give it to the person. That person was a younger gentleman who was also trying to feed his sister as well. The kind act from the cashier at this Taco Bell really warmed my heart and change my whole outlook, I can't speak for other Taco bells but this one I love...
