unit arrived notably dirty inside, had holes in it (honestly not even very safe if you think about the fact that a kid’s limb could get stuck in it mid jump), etc. their website user experience is poor (i searched for a product… only one option returned with no related products or even text description attached to it… so i ordered that along with the blank standard jumper i could find within a dozen clicks/queries… and it showed up incompatible [no way to attach the artwork to it]), when received a feedback request email i told customer service i was honestly disappointed in the service, and then received a rude/condescending email back and was told it was “my oversite” and it is “very clear”/obvious i needed to (apparently go through every product and category page on their site and) buy one of the jumpers with “mod in there name” (whatever that means). it also sounded like it was weird I ordered it myself via the site? lol. ok. so remove the e-commerce option if it’s not to be used and you only want phone orders? advice: clean and maintain your inventory, make repairs, fix your site UI/UX, and get a new customer support rep (if the email was polite and helpful there’s a chance i might have given them another shot… however there’s no chance i’m giving them my money going forward; i’ll instead fund a competitor). note: i will say the delivery crew was...
Read moreThis is an awful company to rent from!! They never showed up! I had a birthday party today and had received numerous confirmations from them this week. I had a 10:30 am drop off time and at 11:40am when the jump house wasn’t here, I called to see where they were. The person on the phone didn’t know and said she would call me back after speaking with the driver. 30 minutes later we got a call that the driver had a had gotten a flat tire and that they had no ETA on when our jumpy house would be delivered. I told her that I had rented from the company several times before and needed some sort of a solution since I had 30 kids coming to a party and expected a jump house. I offered all sorts of work around, she was not agreeable. She told me she would work on it. At 1:20pm I called again. I spoke to a new person who said there were no notes in the system but that she would absolutely call me with an update. It’s now 8pm and my party is long over and I never heard from them! Read moreWe had a wonderful experience with Bay Area Jump. Online order was easy, had a question which their representative via phone answered (she had great customer service!). Most importantly, we experienced a bit of a hiccup the night before the birthday. We lost power at home! I called their emergency line right at 7am in the morning, and with no extra charge they were able to accommodate the jumper being delivered to another address (note that new address was only a few minutes away so not a huge inconvenience for the driver).
