Eagle Tire — Local services in Antioch

I have to say I'm not a fan, based on my one experience. I called twice, the same day, with two tire sizes, to be sure they were both available & was assured they were both in stock, used, $60 each. I asked if there was time to do both & I was told if I went right then, they could both be replaced immediately. I drove over & the appearance is a bit rough, multiple customers were what appeared to be haggling with a worker, to possibly sell their tires. I explained why I was there, was asked to move my car to the only open spot & they would replace the tires. I explained I needed a donut spare tire replaced & they said they probably didn't have it, but would look. They replaced the other tire & tried twice to convince me that two different wrong sized tires, could be placed on the donut rim. They were obviously not going to fit & further, the spare has to fit in a specific space in the trunk, so neither would have worked, for multiple reasons. I asked for a partial refund, since they require payment, before beginning any work & they tried to sell me a replacement wheel. I declined & asked again for the refund of the donut tire cost, which was accommodated quickly. They placed the donut back in the trunk & I left. I come here for simple things like air for my tires. I was trying to avoid coming here so I put air in my tires myself but my light was still on. Then, I went to Big O Tires because I thought I would need a new tire. & I still had to come here because Big O Tires couldn't get my low-pressure tire light off either.

When I came here They removed my tire to ensure no leak, and my low-pressure signal went away 👏👏. I usually don’t pay for air, but since the guy took off the wheel and ensured it wasn’t a leak, I didn’t mind paying $10. This afternoon I went to eagle's tires in Antioch on 10th Street for them to fix my flat tire these SOBs instead of losing my lug nut they tightened my lug nut and they broke it on impact so now I have to get my whole lug nut replace then clean the whole merchandise of the whole tire replaced and it's coming out of my pocket which I dearly confirmed that they should pay for it but if they don't want to because they're so selfish and ignorant they think they know the best just letting everybody know don't go to this tire place cuz they don't know what the hell they are doing they broke my lug nut they messed up my car Don't be...
