If I could give this place a zero, I would. Bought some of your garbage solar 2 ear buds and you can't listen to anything but music. Nothing comes in on you tube with these but music. Went in there tonight to try to return them, the girl tells me I can't. It was not pointed out to me at the time of purchase. Had I known that, I wouldn't have purchased them. The girl went on you tube and tried a video of birds that were on there. She says that there was no sound, because the birds weren't talking. She then goes to a song, it comes in fine. She says "Well, I can hear them fine, maybe you didn't push the plug in far enough". I'm not an idiot, which she pretty much acted like I was one. Absolutely did not have any knowledge of any of the headphones, or buds. Leave the store, can't listen to movies or videos with these. Only music. She seemed disinterested, and said they were fine. Obviously zero knowledge of the product. Not even one instruction came with the product. I notice that the owner of the store doesn't reply to any of the negative reviews on this page, but has all smiles for the 5 star reviews. Obviously doesn't care enough about the customers, to even reply, or try to fix the problem. Perhaps I'll just make a call to corporate, and maybe...

Worst cuatomer service ever. I went in to buy a phone for my on, the girl that helped me said we qualified for an upgrade and with the upgrade phone it included the case. When I was going to pay she gave a total of almost $90 which it was $40 more than what she had told me. When I asked what the other $40 were for she said taxes. No one xharges $40 in taxes. She showed me her computer and taxes were only $7.00. She said well I don't know what it is for but are you going to buy it or not 🤔. Of course not. Than she said well its for the case. I asked her didn't she say it was included with the phone, she said yes but I didn't say it was free. She kept asking are gonna buy it or not. Absolutely THE WORST cricket store I have ever been in! She told me to do everything on my app, and had another customer at the counter trying to switch her phone over and refused to help her told her to figure it out! For this I've been a customer for 5 years and have paid over $600 alone for insurance on my family's phones. She wasn't there at 9 like she was supposed to be to open so when I got there it was closer to 10 and she was finally there. Convinced me to take all my business over to MetroPCS up the road and talked to Willie who is switching me over and giving me a great deal! SO THANKS CRICKET FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE.
