Had my phones fixed a 3 weeks ago, did all three phones One phone did not charge so I had to bring it back. He had to take my phone completely apart again and fix it.It works good now My second phone that he took apart. He replaced the battery in it with an old battery. Still have the same issue Came back today to show him that the screen has a black dot in it He said, I physically dropped the phone I said, no, there's no crack. There's no scratch on the screen, and there's a screen protector on it that You put there yourself The back of my phone is cracked because he had some young kid.Take it apart and fracture it He put another new battery in it. We'll see what happens, but he told me he would not fix the phone Screen because that was my issue He said, no warranties, and no refunds.I didn't want a refund i.Just need my phone fixed I will not be coming back to this place I spent over $1500 to have three phones fixed You guys be careful.Who do you do business with It's just a turn and burn shop, that's all it is They should have some type of warranty on their products. went on 8/3/25 for a new battery and screen costs 200 dollars was way overpriced and my phone has not charged over 80 percent. last night i charged it at 23 percent woke up 8 hours later its at 83 percent!! insane! guy told me the battery was 100 dollars and on amazon it’s 20. Came into Walmart and needed instant help for my wife's phone that she absolutely loves. Saw the sign for fixing phones and immediately went over. My wife refuses to get a new phone, and continues to use her Samsung Galaxy s10e. Therefore, it needed new adhesive for the backing. We walked into the store and got immediate help from the associate HOBI. He looked for cases for her, and then graciously fixed the adhesive backing for her current cover.
