wish I could give them 0 stars. I placed an order for 1 #7 with the burrito enchilada style and both the burrito and the taco Pollo asado. I also ordered 3 chicken tacos and a side of rice and beans. when I picked up my food the cashier told me $22 (which is normally how much it cost me). they charged me $32 which I didn't realize until I got home. I opened up my bag and they had charged me for 2 #7s and the burrito WAS NOT enchilada style (but I still got charged for the enchilada style). All of the tacos were shredded beef NOT chicken! so I got overcharged and the whole order was messed up. I called them today and explained what happened and just asked to get store credit. without telling me the cashier walked off and put the phone down for 10 minutes all I heard was background noise so I decided I would drive over there. when I got there the cashier told the cook (in spanish) "the girl who called in is here". the cooked replied in Spanish (not knowing that I speak spanish) "I'm not making her new tacos". I understood and talked to the cook in Spanish and told her what happened. she didn't give a crap. I asked if I can get store credit and she told me that the manager wants me to bring the food back from the day before. First of all who keeps messed up extra food that they don't want?? really!!?? I told her that I didn't have it and she said "then I can't help you". I asked her if i could talk to the manager and she said that the manager is not there. I asked a few more times can i just get store credit and she said that all she can do it give me a burrito. WTH?? don't go here unless you want to be treated...

For a fast food place, this truly is hands down the BEST Mexican food I have found! I forgot about them for a while when I used to go to the 1 in Tempe, but this location might be small inside and very dated, but it truly does give you that authentic Mexican atmosphere. There’s a plaque above the check out area that talks about someone and they don’t have a lot on the walls, but the smells of Mexican food and just how it is when you walk in, I love this place and will never eat at a Filib’s out here, as long as you get there by 9:30pm. Google says they close at 10, but the hours posted are 9:30, they will take over the phone orders, just be there by 9:45pm though. Every single thing I get from this place, never had a single issue and it ALWAYS tastes so amazing! The cook here really knows his stuff! You know how the best Mexican food comes from the little hole in the wall places? This is not the case at all..... There are literally 5 or more other Mexican food places. I would suggest trying those first.

During my visit there were 5 other people ordered before me. It took 40 minutes for them to get my food out after ordering. Watched multiple people come in, order and get their food before me. The food was way over priced for the quality and quantity you receive. The California chicken burrito was pretty plain and the chicken was dry. The rolled tacos were old and chewy.
