Francis & Sons Car Wash- Apache Junction — Local services in Apache Junction

Do not use this car wash. I am glad that I didn't change my cars with subscriptions over from Super Star even though this car wash is significantly closer to my house. On May 29th I went to wash my SUV and after coming out of the car wash the attendant came over and brought me my destroyed third brake light. He informed me that he watched on the camera the blower yeet the brake off my SUV. I asked if there was any recourse for repair, he stated that I should call the district manager. Upon speaking to the district manager, he stated that he didn't think it will be covered but corporate will need to review and someone will call me back soon. After now almost 2 months of calling at least once a week and a few times of stopping by the car wash to speak to the manager in person as no one ever called me back. During one of these visits it was stated by the manager that it would be covered. Finally today I heard back from the district manager advising that corporate told him that this will not be covered.

This is horrible customer service, and I feel like I am being jerked around in hopes that I would forget and...

I liked the wash, seemed like the cheapest wash, it did a fairly good job. I was in a hurry so couldn't really vacuum or use other items to dry. The reason is not 5 Star, only because on their website it said the single wash was $10, & then when I got there it was $11. I do not do the monthly packages, because many months I do not wash my car in AZ...

I went there about 2 days ago and when I first pulled up I noticed how clean and how all the employees had a smile on their face which made me feel welcome the service was great and my car came out looking really good looking into getting a fast pass real soon thank you guys...
