RUDE AND WILL MAKE YOUR DRINK WRONG EVERY TIME. The only location that doesn’t use ounces or scoops as measurements, but only sometimes. So it’s 50-50 if youll get the right amounts. if you order your drink they way you get it at literally every other location, it will be very wrong. I get mine with 2 scoops cane syrup, they tell me it has to be ordered as 8, so when I order 2 I get 1/2 but when I order 8, I either get 8 or 1/2 NEVER 2. A splash of milk apparently means half the cup, and they give an attitude when you politely ask to have it remade the way you ordered it. Unfortunately I used the app to pay and can’t get my money or tip back, but another location remade my drink(right the first time. Take the extra time to go to greenfield) One of the times I ordered the girl YELLED at me because I didn’t use their measurements, when they had previously had no problem using the standard Dutch bros measurements. I really cannot figure out why I am so addicted to the Rebel Energy drinks. Try them blended with the Raspery/Lime flavor for the best drink of the summer. My wife is crazy about the blended Strawberry rebel smoothie. The taste and quality are exceptional!

The service here is great, as the staff treat you well. I always leave them a tip since they have to stand out in 100*+ heat to do the job. They always try and strike a conversation. Again A+. Customer service is A+ too as one time they made my drink blended instead of on ice, and they let me keep them both.

The only complaint (and reason for 4 stars) I have is the long, long lines. It will take, on average, 15-20 minutes in the morning and even sometimes in the evening too. Also, it is worth mentioning there is very limited food options. They sell muffin tops in the package, but that is it. Donuts or breakfast sandwiches would be great. This is an amazing group of people and I don't go to any other stand, but who ever is in charge of the schedule has no respect for the struggles of the night crew especially during season. Coming from a coffee house background running a 2 man crew is ridiculous. Night crew, especially during season and weekends needs at least 3 people, and if the scheduling is the work of the higher ups shame on you for not caring about the stress you put your employees through being short handed especially when the people they serve are rude and cuss them out because they don't have enough support to properly serve the customer.
