Please please never take anything here to be fixed I took 4 rings and a bracelet here..1st he charged me to fix the bracelet..I took it back and said ya didn't fix it, he said I couldn't see where it was broke, so I showed him, oh he said..4 rings so this all took place at the end of season like April, May 2021..and then they're closed until fall..which all 4 rings broke within a month or 2 ...so when we came back to AZ they were closed so I waited. Unfortunately due to Covid I was unable to get them into the shop until Jan 2022..I can't believe what he said...he would NOT fix them or give me any of the money back...and felt he would not be able to please me..no apologies or nothing....mind you right in front of other customers..what a way to present your business in front of other.....and yes I did get very upset and swore...but who wouldn't after spending over $200.00... So please save yourself the expense and aggravation and don't go there.. Oh 1...

Jerry is the absolute best! I bought a ring from a store at the mall years ago and let's just say it was not made very well! In fact, the invisible set diamond fell out after just 3 days of wear! No one would touch it because it was an invisible set! Years later my mom reminded me about Jerry Sanstead and all the beautiful jewelry he has made over the years!
