I’ve only ever had negative experiences at pawn shops so I was expecting to walk out of this one really upset about getting much less than a valuable item was worth with some desperation to get it back and instead left with more faith in humanity. The gentleman was so kind and helpful. Completely opposite of what I have seen at pawn shops before. He cared more about me getting help than him getting a good deal. He could have easily taken advantage of my situation to benefit his shop and instead he spent a lot of time giving me advice, information and ideas that could actually help me more in the long run. I came I feeling really desperate and helpless and left feeling really grateful that humans like him exist and more hopeful about my situation. At the last place I ever expected to find one. The gentleman who works behind the counter is the only guy that works there, he has no other help, and he's a great and awesome guy, i love his business and his respect and loyalty, I have twice now Pond items at his location, the first time I pawned an item I was not sure that I was going to get it back after the 30 day period was up, but he was such a great guy that he actually called me months later after my expired date to give me the chance of purchasing my items back which I was able to at that time, I have then come back for his business and it was the same experience as the last, he has a lot of people come in and out of his store, and he may not recognize you over the phone but he sure will recognize you as soon as he sees your face, he is a very awesome guy and we'll make sure that your visit will be memorable, I am definitely happy and will be keeping...
