Horrible Horrible service was so bad we went in for the 9:30pm to 1am bowl , and the lady said that it was full so she said if we waited till 10pm she would get us a lane so, she would put us on a waiting list and we waited so we go back at 10 and she said they haven’t called from the list so we sat and waited for 10 more minutes it passed and still nothing so we go up to ask another worker who was a male and he said that the his female coworker who dealt with us said that we told her that we always bowled and didn’t want to do it anymore” but we never said that so we told the gentleman and he was able to get us a lane. And come to found out on her list she helped and got everyone a lane except us we were left last even when we came before people. So overall it was a horrible experience it’s so very racist from the staff to the overall people who bowl there a family next to us wouldn’t stop staring and making ugly faces because they thought we were taking there balls so we played 1 round and left so not worth time or money never will be going back!!! I like the place for the most part. I bowl a league down here weekly, and it is generally a good experience. My problem is with the staff. Most of them are nice enough, but the older woman (40s-50s range) with the glasses that works the front desk rugularly, is absolutely rude. I've only had to deal with her about 4 times, and each time was awful.

The first time I dealt with her, I came in to get new equipment from the pro shop. They have you bowl a game to see how your form is, which is pretty standard. Well they give you a voucher for a free game to do so. When I brought the voucher to the desk, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She rolled her eyes when I gave her the voucher, and was just short with me, and had a rude tone of voice.

The other times I came in to open bowl, and every time she just glares at me, and is so rude about the whole process. I don't know if I did something wrong, or if she is just an unpleasant person, but this sort of customer service in a business is unacceptable.

Because of her, and her alone, I take my open bowling business elsewhere now. Put some friendlier people at the front...

I have, unfortunately been on 2 leagues here for the last two years, so this may be a little bit wordy, but I am not happy and I will not be back after this league season! Majority of the staff are friendly and helpful although there is one fella there, that should definitely not be working. The men’s room are covered in piss all over the floor on a nightly league and the bathroom is in Serious disrepair. It never seems to fail, but every night there is some kind of breakdown on a lane which causes folks to have to stay later than they would like. The place is generally filthy, and I tend to try and keep my hands to myself and as clean as possible. They smoke outside the door on the entrance into the bowling alley whilst there is a nice smoking area off to the side. It seems they’re too lazy to use it the smokers.! So you have to wade through a cloud smoke? The pit area where you sit Has seating, most is in disrepair, I believe the sign along road tells the Tail they have been looking for a mechanic for two years that I have been coming here.
