I also want to say those two young men were doing their best and Iâm sorry for snapping at you but I was very frustrated and thatâs not an excuse ever. I worked fast food and I already know what was said when that window closed and I donât blame you. Thank you to the crew at 3 pm on July 5th yâall were all super nice and accommodating. âŠâŠ. I need a manager to get in contact. Paid for food I couldnât eat and returned and told no one was on shift to do refunds. I wasnât about to hold onto a burrito I wasnât going to eat so I returned it. Ordered at 5:10 this morning. There is no egg, cheese and bacon burrito. Usually when Joe is here itâs easy sailing to just ring me up for such a burrito. I donât like the ham or the sausage at JIB.
Sub out the other meats for the bacon right? Extra charge whatever. I get home and itâs ham and literally one and a half pieces of practical uncooked bacon and ham. I go back and young man canât do refunds. So I ask to remake it explaining my complaint. Itâs subbing not removing. Two strips for every meat removed, I paid for. I get the second burrito and itâs literally two pieces of bacon and half the amount of eggs.
Like Iâm not trying to be rude or mean but I got up and drove down here. I paid almost $7 for something so trash and what I did not order. I donât make much money so when my kids and I get a chance to go out yes I expect it to be correct. Spent $21 at Filibertoâs for everything to be completely wrong.    Read moreHoly hepatitis, well I guess going through drive through prevents you from seeing the âshowâ maybe I came on an odd night but wow, it wonât let me upload the video of a blue haired woman attempting to to refill the soda dispenser. Slightly entertaining however I may have been drinking what she was attempting to do something with. The door wouldnât close when she was done. And she tried to close it. A lot.
Another guest was there waiting longer than I was, 15-20 min, who walked up to the counter and asked about his order, apparently we ordered the same exact thing. Kinda weird but,eh. And watching some of the people that have handled my money then food then some other stuff. Just curious if they washed there hands after hitting the pipe. And lord I wish they were smoking weed. All I can say is zing zing. I asked the blue haired lady for a refund, they offered me the food and a refund, gonna pass. Hard pass after watching the âshowâ. All I can say is wow, wonât be eating there for at least a year and before I do I will be going in first.

   Read moreIâm a driver for Uber Eats and regularly pick up at this location. Iâve noticed that the same manager is extremely rude to customers and employees. The last time I picked up here I asked the employee who gave me my food who the manager was that was yelling at everyone and her name is Amanda. She is extremely unprofessional and is making a hostile work environment for the rest of the employees. Not to mention making it an uncomfortable place to have a meal. The last time I went to pick up here I was the only one in the drive thru and she told me to pull around front and it took them nearly 30 minutes to have my food brought out. 2 other people went through the drive thru and got their orders before I received mine. I had to go back through the drive thru and they had not even started the order. My pickup order was 2 tacos a Large coke and 5 mini churros. It shouldâve taken 5 minutes but clearly the manager on duty, Amanda, didnât care about getting it out quickly because she stood in front of the doorway screaming at an employee that was trying to change out the garbage can liner instead of checking on the food.
