Phone ordered a pepperoni pretzel crust with cheese sauce. Told the young man that I wanted the crust pretzel brown like picture on the website. (Unable to attach the photos from your web site showing the contrast between crusts here.) I have ordered the same pizza from the Recker Rd store and they make it correctly every time. I pick up the pizza and the crust is a regular white crust. All the pepperoni and sauce is pooled in the middle of the pie. I told them I specifically explained all this to the young man on the phone. I asked for the manager, and a young girl calling herself Brittany said that's how it comes. I explained the other store is able to make it correctly and that's what I wanted. She then proceeds to dump the pizza in the trash can in a most dramatic way. Being sure to give me as much attitude as she could muster. She asked if I wanted to speak to her manager and I said yes. She walks towards the back and says to her manager "Hey can you talk to this guy because hes pissing me off" (Unable to attach the video of this rude behavior here.Look for it on YouTube and others) The other Manager comes out with her attitude and stares at me. Mumbles a few words and continues staring. They said they will remake the pizza, I said I will wait. I don't appreciate the condescending behavior and feel that these 2 individuals need to be counseled on their lack of professional business etiquette. There is no excuse to treat your customers so rudely! I am not sure if LC even cares, or if this will go anywhere, so I will be posting this experience on social media to alert others to the problematic people at this store. Read moreHorrible customer service. I ordered a deep dish supreme pizza and picked it up through the pizza portal. The box is labeled "Deep dish supreme" . I got home and opened the box and it's only pepperoni. I called the store and spoke with a manager "Andrew" . He started off nice enough and told me to come back to the store and they would remake it. I explained that I was already home an have meetings so I cannot do that. He then said that I would have a credit on file at that store and they would remake it the next time I was in. I explained that I am not in that area often and would just like my credit card refunded. He said "Nope. I won't do that". I explained that I did not receive what I ordered and he could either refund my credit card or I will file a chargeback with my credit card company. He said they are really busy and I don't have to be "mean" to him. All of this was said in a pleasant voice. Read moreIt’s okay. The pizza is good for being a $5 hot n ready I mean you get what you pay for.. Just eat it fresh it’s not too great after it gets cold. My only complaint is earlier this evening when I came here the cashier & the co-worker/supervisor that was helping her out weren’t having the easiest time at doing simple math which made my experience unnecessarily difficult by them not telling me what my total was after asking several times! Both ladies were VERY young as in this is probably their first job if not it’s one their first. So being that im not too much older than them I completely understand because I remember how it is.. I just wish these ladies wouldn’t have ignored me after I asked multiple times for my total because I would have saved us all a lot of time! I don’t find it necessary to tell their boss because I don’t want them to get into trouble but I do hope that they both read this so they can know how to improve their job skills!
