Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Arizona

worst experience ever from the pizza hut in apache junction NO ONE EVER order or eat there the manager Mike is extremely rude and unperfessional and i will be contacting the coorperate office about him. The funny part is He was rude over a 2 liter of Pepsi which was failed to be delivered to me twice. All i wanted him to do is fix the problem which at that point it was just refunding me the cash for the pepsi, but everytime i started to talk to explain the situation he would talk over me and he never once gave me an opportunity to speak and instead jumped down my throat about how i was the one who asked for another one to be delivered after they failed to deliver it the first time and that i should have said to have it refunded in the first place. I told him that if I would have known it would take as long as it already has then I would have, but no one explained that it would be another 45 minutes for it to be delivered or i would have just wanted the refund. He said that he was sorry that he had no one there to cater to my beck and call and he basically accused me of being the problem. He was already confrontational and argumentative instead of making a solution through the entire conversation. He even said on the phone and i quote " i have 5 witnesses here to prove i asked you 5 times what you want me to do for you" when in fact i also had 5 witnesses listening to him badger and insult me on the phone and talking over me instead of letting me talk and refusing to even help me or listen to what i wanted. when I asked for his manager because he was refusing to be professional and being extremely rude he said i cant give you that information and then i asked for the store managers name and he wouldnt give that to me either he said he had my name and number and he would be giving it to his co-manager Don. Needless to say that man should not be an employee let...

normally I don't leave reviews, let alone rude ones but God damn this Particular guy really soured this experience, he was probably 5'10 is, had a pizza hut beanie on, Dark Hair, darker skin, he was acting like this was more of an annoying thing then anything else. we had gotten the Pepperoni Lovers, a 16 count if Garlic Parm Boneless Wings, and an order of Cheese Sticks. the only thing right was the Cheese Sticks. the Pepperoni Lovers was suppose to have no Pepperoni as it gave us the option to do that. not to mention we got a meat loves instead and the Garlic Parm tasted spicy like it accidentally got mixed with something else. so when we went to try and get it fixed, we where met with rudeness. got told we can't do a Pepperoni Lovers with no Pepperoni, like I understand if that is the case but why make it a option on here? not to mention why can't we? we would have liked to know. we basically had to argue with the guy to even get the Melt remade! but since we couldn't get the no Pepperoni we did get it switched to the Chicken Bacon one. He wouldn't give us any kind of credit or anything. or even a simple sorry that didn't sound like a child who doesn't want to apologize would have been nice. this guy also told us "I really don't care" which soured things more. we will not go back to this location. order from here. this was upsetting and a waste of money. yall need to get your people checked, make sure they aren't treating customers like this. I work in food service so I get it but you still gotta at least pretend like you care about things man! 0/10 I don't recommend this location at all.

I called this pizza hut and placed a carry-out order and they said it will be 15 minutes, so I got there in 18. When I got in there this women came to the counter and I said my name I gave her the 47 dollars for my order, she quickly put it in the register and told me it will be one moment, so I waited, then I noticed many people coming in and getting their pizzas. It is now 10 min I have been waiting and I still don't have my food. I walk up to counter to check status of my order and she told me to shut up, then she grabbed a pizza and took it outside then she came back in banging her head. So seeing this I asked for my money back and the lady just starts yelling crazy, and losing it. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional, cursing and yelling, pulling at her hair where they make the pizzas. The whole crew was unprofessional one if the workers went and used the restroom which is right there in the lobby, and did not wash his hands and then went straight to making someone's order. The woman then still yelling is not wanting to give me my money back, she even goes as far to tell me to leave without my order or my money and come back a different day?!!
