Absolutely horrible service management. To start off they lost my package. A simple book ordered off Barnes & Noble was somehow lost? Called them a few hours later so I could give them time in case they pre-did it. I was given a “case number,” and it took them THREE DAYS, to go look through my other neighbor’s mail boxes. Which by that time, obviously, the package would have probably been picked up. A deliberate scam so they don’t have to do any more work. I called them back to ask, and the person who responded was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to repeat 5 different times that I understood my package was supposedly “delivered,” but I filed a case number because it had not been delivered. Another money-hungry scam, LOSES MY PACKAGE, and as a result I can’t even file for a refund because once again, I had to pay extra for insurance? So not only are you going to LOSE MY PACKAGE, you’re going to blame me and not refund me? Extremely negligent, and I’m 100% sure that they didn’t even bother to genuinely look or ask around for it. Horrible service, and it’s not that hard to acknowledge a mistake on YOUR part. At least if you’re not going to refund me, don’t try and gaslight me into thinking I just so badly want to steal 25 dollars or am just soooooo idiotic that I didn’t realize it was under the plant on my front door step. Like what?? I’m in the process of wasting 25 dollars on a useless service like this. Do better, service, and management wise. Update: It was in fact the USPS’s fault, and was not “delivered to my address, October 27th.” I posted on my neighborhood’s facebook group and thankfully a few days later someone came in saying they found the package. Read moreWhere do I begin....... so, I ordered some parts for my vehicle that was needed asap(can't predict car trouble), ordered Monday and was told it'll be here by thursday (yesterday 01/07/2016), parts obviously didn't show up, see an update Friday afternoon showing it was at the post office. So I called after numerous attempts to get through cause the phone lines are forever busy. I talked to a young woman, told her I had a package there and if I can pick it up. After giving her the tracking number and verifying it was there, she said yes I can get it. That was about 2pm. I get to the post office at 4:15 pm and was told I couldn't get the packaged because it hasn't been processed, REALLY?!?!?! So your employee told me it's ready, you tell me it's not and now telling me nothing I can do and have to wait till tomorrow which would be fine and dandy if I was gonna be in town! Reason why I paid to have it by thursday, not saturday! So now my vehicle sits in the shop, I gotta pay more storage fees and also gotta rearrange my whole car schedule cause you can't deliver packages on time, thanks Apex USPS for ruining my week and costing me more money and I hope some government officials come in there and clean house, the whole office needs new employees including the manager who refused to give me her name. Read moreI live in a mobile home park with cluster boxes. I was to have a package delivered and through the app I have it stated the package was delivered to my mail box. I called Apex post office and told them that I never received my package and under the circumstances when a package that won't fit in the mailbox it is to be delivered to your home. The person I was speaking to said that since the package weighed 9 ounces it would fit in the mailbox, REALLY? I told her that you can't go by weight and assume it will fit in the mailbox. I also told her that I had previously seen packages LEFT at the mailboxes that wouldn't fit in them. She continued to tell me that it would of fit because of the weight. She said the only thing I could do was file a claim. Which with research I found out you can only do that if the package was insured. I had repeatedly told her the product was an item that was a 6.5 I'm circumference and it wouldn't even fit it the mailbox if it was shipped unpacked. So what in the world do I do know ? This post office (if you can call it that) needs a to be investigated. It has a lazy and uneducated staff.
