Tim was recommended to me by ontheballbowling.com where I ordered my new custom ball. Absolutely the best pro shop owner I've ever worked with!! Not only did he know exactly what he was talking about, but was able to thoroughly explain everything to me that was easy to understand. Very personable and great sense of humor too!! Was able to do a basic custom drill job on my new ball for a very reasonable $30!! Even gave me two free game passes for the bowling alley he's in to try out my new ball, and to make sure that the holes didn't need any adjustments!! What a great guy!! Now that I've been there once, I'll never go anywhere else for my bowling supplies or support!! I highly recommend Tim to anyone who bowls, for custom drilling and anything else you may need!!...

Tim has been absolutely awesome. I recently started bowling and went to Bowlers Edge as I had heard good things, and I was not in the least disappointed. His prices are as good or better than all of the major bowling web stores(at least for all of the items I purchased) and his service is second to none.
