Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Appleton

I used to love this location. It’s gone downhill fast the last few months. There is a manager there, who does ordering for the company(I know this because she’s told me), she’s older and has a little bit of a foreign accent. Every single time I come and order, she always has something snotty to say. Today I finally had it and I’m over coming to this location spending $10 and getting comments about my drink. Today I was told that it’s “hard to make my drink with light ice, but we got it made regardless,” then handed me my drink. I don’t need to pay $10 to hear a snarky comment about my drink. Great coffee, but horrible service. I unfortunately realized the drink I ordered had milk in it and asked to switch to almond milk because milk makes me itch. The lady making drinks jumped in to the conversation and was extremely rude about it (acting like I was lying). After I showed her the eczema on my hands she cut the attitude and make my drink.
