Javier the store manager seems to feel everything is fine and dandy and gives himself 5 stars in his rating of himself in these reviews. 😂🤣 He is very under educated in basic customer service and the product he sells. I was told they had 4 - 60363 Predator Hemi motors in stock before I drove 125 miles one way to get all 4 of them. Once I got there they were not the 60363 motors they were 69730 motors. Javier proceeded to tell me they were the same motor. I told him they were not the same at all and I specifically asked for the 60363. His screen while I am looking over his shoulder clearly shows he did not have the 60363 with 0 - OH. and had 5 of the 69730 OH. I could not use those motors and his answer to me was they were the same and I didn’t know what I was talking about. This store is clean since it is new, the cashier was nice, but Javier is no manager. 250 miles and 4.5 hrs of my life I will never get back and on top of that I get no I am sorry just a uneducated person telling me I don’t know what I am...

08-22-2025 My wife and I stopped by as I needed to get an electrical tool. As we always do, we come out with a lot more. What a great store and great people that work there. Always nice and helpful. They have more tools and stuff than "Carters Got Pills" (if you are old enough, you know the saying). You really need to go by that store and give them a try, you'll love it. We highly recommend them.

Went by to pick up a chain. The ladies in the store greeted me, gave direction on where to find the chain I was looking for and even came by to help ensure I had the right chain.

Went last night (10/6/23)to try to order a welder, Vulcan 195. Checking online they didnt have it, but 2hrs south in McAllen it showed limited stock. Called the McAllen store and they didnt have it but were more than willing to order it for me. Drove to the Aransas store and nothing but excuses on why they couldnt order one. Was told by that shifts supervisor Ashley I could order it online, welp if I could’ve ordered it online I would’ve but as a customer on that specific machine you cant!!! Customer service was horrible!! 3 employees trying to figure out how to do a return on jumper cables when customers are waiting.
