When I walked in there were two people in front of me and one guy working on the sandwiches. It was a Monday night and the store itself had clean and tidy tables.
After the two orders in front of me were complete the worker had to pull two tickets from the online orders to fulfill. I didn't know online orders had priority over real life customers but it makes sense now that I had a chance to fully analyze the situation (order online if you want priority). Tommy worked through the online orders swiftly and it was cool to watch as he deciphered each ticket as he got to each part of the fresh goods line. Once he was finished he was pleased with my patience and I was ecstatic for my toasted meatball marinara sandwich to be created.
As soon as Tommy was finished charging me for my sandwich this female walked into the lobby with a broom and a dustpan to clean up. It was weird to me that she wasn't there to assist through the order backup, but it was a decent experience nonetheless.

Read moreRudest experience tonite, walked in and the staff looked to be cleaning up it was around 6:50 pm and of course they don’t close till 9pm. Walked up to the counter and the male employee rudely says “how can I help you” so I told him the sandwich I wanted and he clearly looked to be annoyed and I’m a hurry for something because he was sliding them food covers around like crazy asking me “what next”. Once we got to the register he told me the total and I paid, he gave me my change and slid the sandwich to me without even a “have a good day” or nothing, then walked away to the back. Which I mean I wasn’t looking for that, I know the food industry gets hectic and customers aren’t the easiest to deal with. But I was being nice the whole time. Read moreWhile standing in line I saw roaches on the wall behind the food counter. I told the sandwich artist and she said 'OK'. How is it okay to have a roach problem at a food service establishment? Myself and everyone behind me in line left the store. Just before leaving, someone who previously paid reported the soda machine spraying soda all over. Can you guess her response? Yep, the sandwich artist just replied, 'ok'.
