I'm a handicap person and when I went to the store at Aransas Pass the nice lady Sean who is the checkout told me to stand right there with my Walker she went and got me a chair and set me down she didn't call Thomas one of the workers to go get me what I needed to get so I wouldn't have to try to walk around the store it was very hot outside they were very nice very considerate they even move my car up to the front door for me Thomas did I would give this place a hundred percent and the two people that were were there to help me I think they both need to know Ward for 70 year old woman and my first experience going to Tractor Supply was awesome thank you Tractor Supply...

Do not reccomend, I have been using this store for five years, and my visit today was less than satisfactory. As I was in the dog food aisle, I approached a sales associate, I was very polite "excuse me mam" as I approached her, she proceeded to have a telephone conversation, I could tell by the subject that it wasn't a professional call. I made a second attempt to ask for help and she looked right at me and walked off. Being on the phone in the workplace is unprofessional, but ignoring paying customers is even more unprofessional. I called trying to find information on a gate I ordered. They put me on hold for over 5 minutes to “get to a computer”. I hung up and called back and was put on hold for another 3 minutes. I then called back and was hung up on….. I finally called back and asked for the store manager and the woman said she was the store manager. I explained what had happened and she said they couldn’t hear me… I still did not get the information I needed on when I might expect the gate since the information online was conflicting.
