A guy taking my order (I'm assuming was the manager because he later came out to my car) rushed me through my order at a stall - I began to repeat "no condiments on one burger" because that request is nearly always forgotten and he cut me off almost immediately with "I know, I got it." WTH? RUDE. AND NOT A GOOD SIGN.
It took 15+ minutes for the carhop to arrive. We got the wrong drinks. She was frantic but polite and apologized for the wait. I still have her a tip, not to big a deal. She retrieved the drinks. We open our burgers and there is no cheese on one and no extra pickles on the other. I push the button and the same guy answers. No response. Then a guy rushes halfway out of the door, rushes back in, comes out and asks me what was wrong. It's the guy who took my order.
He is obviously flustered and asks what's wrong. I tell him. He hurriedly asks "is that what it said on the ticket?" As if what's on the ticket even matters - my freaking spoken order matters.
Before I can even turn around to find it, he he says doesn't "need" the wrong burger back, frantically asks "was it a kid size or regular size? I just need to know because i gotta go make it and bring it out."
I felt like an unwanted patron, like he wished I want even there.
The whole time there were 2 girls rushing in and out and clearly taking drinks and food back. The line at the drive through was long as heck.
Finally got the burger and it was still wrong. My mother in law took her first sip of her drink and it was wrong. I didn't bother telling anyone and just left. They were obviously rushing around and rushing customers, no control over the situation, and made mistakes because they were trying to be fast. And he was treating paid and paying customers like obstacles.
Not a good experience at all. That guy was very rude. ...

Read moreOn 11/11/21 I ordered food $60 and the person taking my order was rude and stopped in the middle of the order and walked a way. Someone else had to finish taking my order. When I received my food my drink was wrong size. I collected everyone's name person who walked away the person who finished the order the person who signed on the managers. Anyhow I get home food is messed up and ice cold. I call back Speak to April who does a refund and a gift card. That's on the 11th a few minutes after getting home. Fast forward to today 12-7-21 I just got my refund. So long story short I called sonic every week asking about it and they give me a STORY it will be there tomorrow. Eventually they tell me that my bank is holding it and won't give it to me. I call the bank explain and we dispute it less the 24 hours and I have my money back. Thanks WELLS FARGO.
