I rented bubble balls for my sons birthday. The person that was sent out to attend the party was on time for set up. Kids, enjoyed it. The bubble ball attendent didn't do much to engage the kids or command the group. I think they played soccer for a few minutes and then that was it. My son had an upsetting experience that made him sit out for a good bit of time. The attendent either didn't know or care. I expected more than set up and break down of the bubble balls. No ability to corral the group and no ambition to do so. I did ask for 'how about a game of sharks and minnows" I was told, "they are having fun just rolling around. " for the cost I expected more. Also, I never saw any cleaning of the inside of the balls. Not at set up or break down. My son broke out in a rash the next day and we had a COVID exposure present also finding out the next day. The inside of the balls SHOULD be wiped down. I don't recommend and it is unlikely that I would order another service in the future. I will say, the customer service was excellent. Truly, amazingly, fantastic. I hired Wonderfly Games on behalf of a client and for their private event. Encompassing about 220 people of all ages, I wanted to make sure that the variety of games and activities would engage folks throughout the evening and reduce people sitting down staring into their phone screens. Over the last few nights since our event, I've had a few dozen guests tell me how much fun the games were.

I couldn't believe how well received the games and so forth were. We booked some lawn games like bear pong, jenga, and corn hole. Kids and adults played these endlessly until they were being packed up.

The larger games included laser tag, arrow tag, and bubble ball. These things were an instant hit, especially the bubble ball, kids, teens, and some adults played with them the entire evening, non-stop.

All in all, the team on-site were great, checking in to make sure things were okay, I was happy, and letting me know their plan throughout. Via email and phone, everyone was equally as receptive.

This review isn't about the service. I wasn't lucky enough to make it that far. I tried for a month or so to book an event for my nephew's birthday party. I had questions about how their service works if it's suitable for kids. One day I tried calling 4 different times I never heard back. I tried again the next day to no avail.

The following week I tried one more time finally being able to speak to a person and not their answering machine. I spoke to a guy I think his name was Benji he was not helpful at all. He seemed bother and in a rush to get me off the phone. I asked if he could help me find a field or recommend one he said that's not a service they offer that it's up to me to figure it out. I was confused by that answer as it's on their website that they'll help find a field. Everything about the call turned me off. It was extremely unprofessional.
