Dodson's Floral — Local services in Ardmore

Extremely unprofessional! Placed an order online to be delivered for mothers Day since I live out of state. First, they delivered the flowers to the wrong place. I received a call from the place they were delivered incorrectly letting me know, so I called Dodson's Floral to let them know they had been delivered to the wrong place. I spoke to a couple of people, all very rude. I spoke to someone and let her know the situation, she said the driver had delivered it correctly and that they had not been delivered to the wrong place because the driver knew the address, and that I should call to make sure they were delivered (which is not my job to track down the flowers they had delivered incorrectly)  I ended up calling the place where the flowers were SUPPOSED to be delivered to check and they stated they had not received anything. I called Dodson's Floral once again to let them know again that they, in fact, did NOT deliver the flowers to the correct place, and said they would speak to the driver and call me back, no call. I called again and the lady who answered the phone was a different person. I asked for an update and she asked what flowers I was talking about, to which she proceeded to say "Okay, well you spoke to Amy, I'm gonna transfer you so you don't have to tell me the story a third time" very rudely. I understand accidents happen, but the way they went about the situation was extremely unprofessional and rude. They did not take any accountability for their mistake nor apologized for being rude.

Flowers we're beautiful, lady who seemed to be running the place was absolutely rude. Was looking for a last minute arrangement with a certain flower I couldn't find anywhere for my daughter's ballet recital which also happened to be mother's day weekend. So the shop was understandly busy. I called ahead and prepaid before I got there, So I was only trying to pick up. When I go there no one greeted or acknowledged me, but as I said they seemed busy. Except for one lady who was just casually talking to some guy about his wife. Which was fine I stood there and waited for everyone to be free. When the same lady was done talking she came up to me and gave me a rude look like what do you what and said nothing at all, just the rude look a foot and a half away from me. When I told her my name and what I was there for she shrugged her shoulders and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I Again repeated my name described the floral arrangement in detail, that she gave me over the phone when she said it was the Only One like it that she had that day. The cashier was nice and friendly. The heavy set blonde was Unprofessional to say the least. I'm a first and last time customer now. Plus the parking and street access is horrible. I'd rather buy flowers from Homeland or even Walmart before...

I live in Portland, Or but my mother lives in Ardmore. I wanted to have some flowers delivered to her for mother's day but waited to long for them to be delivered and still get to her early enough. Luckily, my brother said he would pick some up and get them to her on time. So i called Dodson's. The lady i spoke to was very helpful, and suggested the perfect arrangement. So, purchased it over the phone sight unseen (you know how stressful this can be!) ,little bro picked them up, and they came with a card and a balloon, and were potted in an antique looking drawer that was perfect size for mom's desk, and were beautiful! Exactly how they were described by the lady from Dodson's! Mom REALLY loves them!! I highly recommend contacting Dodson's first for your flower needs if you want honest people helping you! Mom is happy, i'm very, very happy, and will go to them again in the future! We love you...
