Six Stitch Apparel — Local services in Argyle

Everything about dealing with this company has been very frustrating and disappointing. I ordered shirts to support a local team, but the order site did not indicate until after I placed the order on November 10 that the shirts would not be delivered until December 22 - midway through the season. I didn’t cancel because I wanted to support the program - just changed plans to give them as Christmas gifts. The shirts were not delivered on 12/22, and there was no communication from the company that the orders would not be delivered as promised. It is January 14, and I still do not have the shirts I ordered. Only 5 of the 8 shirts came in. 2 of the 5 were the wrong design. I have no idea where the other 3 shirts are. The company communication has been terse and unhelpful when I reached out and asked for an explanation and told them of my disappointment in their service. I truly wish I had just donated $170 to the program instead of trusting...

Miserable failure in their commitment, delivery and customer service. After waiting several days, I had to pick my shirt AS-IS back, no embroidery done. I gave 1 shirt each to 3 places in Denton and this place failed miserably in all areas. This was trial for a next big order and they certainly lost business forever from me and my network.

Its matter of time that this business will close if they work this way. Their team is highly unreliable ..

I cooperated moving my dates, requirements, design several times on their request. I even chose to change from embroidery to Print because they promise to give faster, yet failed. Got a long email chain to prove more that what written above...

My company, UMP Technologies, brought on Six Stitch Apparel to make some awesome items for our employees around holiday last year. They were able to order customized items at the sizes our team needed rather than having to bulk order, and everything came out amazing. We received our orders within 6 weeks of placing them and all communications have been fantastic.
