Farmers Insurance - Spencer Hamilton — Local services in Argyle

Half the reviews here are FAKE and 90% appeared shortly after i wrote this review. Indicating that Spencer paid for them once his rating fell below 3 stars. Notice how they are all within 48 of each other? Suspicious and shady... just like this clowns practice.

Spencer Hamilton tacks on unnecessary fees and takes advantage of customers. By his staff's own admission, they have "never used" policies on "95% of customer policies" (partial roof repair, for instance). This typically increases your bill by $150/year. Who know's what else is there. Spencer called me directly after I complained and bragged about him making 200k a year (like that's supposed to be big money or something...).

Staff is rude and not even available for discussion. Office Voicemail is full 95% of the time. Spencer sheltered at home while his staff was forced to be in office after COVID reopening, which really says it all.

Steer clear of this predatory and shady insurance agent. Terrible business. Claims he has a small town feel, but is impossible to get a hold of. ...

The bad reviews you see here are from people who didn't get what they demanded (vs needed). Don't pay attention. The staff is always top notch and friendly and try so hard to ensure you get the best experience and best coverage to protect you and your family.

Chris apparently has a bone to pick. Those reviews are real and are not paid for. It is clear he came back to check on reviews because he knew what he did. And he actually had the gall to post more negative things which are not true.
