The ABSOLUTE worst customer service! DO NOT SHOP HERE! My daughter bought a $85 dress for an event 2 wks ago and could not wear it, so she gifted it to me and I couldn't wear it. So I tried to exchange it and the owner told me she could not return it, "because my daughter didn't call her and tell her she could not fit it or that she was exchanging it." She said my daughter should have called her the nxt day and told her she didn't wear it??? What does that have to do with the price of tea? She said sorry she can't "exchange" it because she is running a business! I'm sorry, the dress had tags on it, never worn, and I had the receipt! What kind of business are you running? The store was empty and there is a kid sleeping on the floor! So maybe you are running a daycare! But clearly you are not running a "customer-friendly" business!!!! Don't ever shop in places that provides no customer service. Zero customer service equals zero customers! So sad, keep the $85 honey! You clearly need it! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! There's no way you can clean it up!!! AND for the record, my daughter NEVER liked or intented on wearing that ugly dress! I hardly write reviews but I just have to write this one. I will say finding Blossom Stitches was pure blessing. I was seriously in need of some African print attires. I looked in a few places and it’s either the store had a very nasty smell or the clothes like Iooked and felt so inferior and outdated. Blossom stitches was referred to me by a friend who had shopped with them. I got me a beautiful nice kimono jacket from them and omg it was simply amazing. The quality of the fabric first of all is the highest grade of African print cotton yet the price was truly reasonable compared to the prices I see on other websites. The jacket sat so nicely on me.
