I placed an delivery order through the app. Trued to get it cancelled since the address was wrong and i wasn’t going to receive the order. When i called the store the first person answer and said that she couldn’t help me then hung up the phone. Called again and asked for the manager. She claimed to be the manager so i asked “ how can you be a manager and not be able to cancel the order.” She put me on hold then someone else answered i assume was the manager. I tried to asked for both their names but they refused to tell me anything. That same girl told me “ just like I tell my mom you need to listen to me.” I lost it and demanded to speak with someone else. Again got hung up on. Called a third time they finally said i can give you a refund if you come to the store. All i said why didn’t you tell me that from the beginning you instead of trying to make this a whole big ordeal. she ended up going completely off on me. Yelling at me that my mom should die and i should cut my wrists and die along with her. To me completely didn’t make sense how can I get a refund in the store but not online? I came to pick up a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza close to 8pm, we were in a rush to get home so this time I didn't check the pizza. When I got home my girls saw that the pizzas dough was uncooked, about 3 slices of pizza had no sauce or cheese on it and that size of the dough was less cooked than the rest. I called the store that same night and no answer, due to work I couldn't go back to the store. I went the next day, showed 3 different people the receipt and pictures, no one could help me to get my refund. One person called someone after 20 mins and said I would get a refund sometime today or tomorrow, I guess I'll see if I do get my refund. The money wasn't the issue, my time was.
