We walked in and it was a little crowded, but we were able to grab our cup and fill with our choice of yogurt ice cream with no wait. I got the low carb berries mix and the Cherry Tart. Both were good, but I preferred the cherry tart. We put on our toppings easily, weighed our cups, paid, and were out the door in 5 minutes or less. Parking was good. Easy in and out; however we went around 9pm and during the day it might be difficult and dangerous to make a left turn onto Grand Ave from the parking area. Would recommend driving through parking lot and exiting left onto Elm where you have protected arrow for left turn onto Grand Ave. Service was fine, but could use improvement. The guy that greeted us when we weighed our cups, was smiling and seemed friendly, but busy. Maybe he shouldāve had a helper. Restaurant was clean and brightly lit. Tables off to the right side and at front, so easy access to the yogurt, which was at the back, and the toppings, which were to the left from entrance; all was help yourself. Although Iāve been to other frozen yogurt shops with better floor design, this was functional and easy to navigate. I will be returning next time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI personally love the Menchie's franchise. This Menchie's is a good one, if you happen to visit early in the day.
I've visited this location three times now and it's always been past 5PM. Each time I've went I was a good bit disappointed in the lack of fresh toppings available. Many of the toppings/sauces are empty towards the last four hours of the day.
That is not to say that this is a bad Menchie's though! The yogurt is always delicious, the service has been wonderful and the employees are knowledgeable on the FroYo as well as highly personable. The resturaunt is always clean and the tables and bathrooms are well kept.
As for parking, this location is between Chipotle and Five Guys. There are several parking spots and a few handicap spots located directly in front of the business; all of which are easy to get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI brought my sisters here after our evening run. We tried a couple of samples and proceeded to make our yogurts. We were nearly finished making our yogurts when the cashier told us in front of the rest of the customers to stop consuming the yogurt before paying for it, although we only had tried to different samples. I stated we had only tried two samples each and he continued saying, āthe owner had been watching us through the cameras and had told him to inform us that we were trying out too many things and to warn us to not do that again, or else to just not come back to his business again in the futureā. Needless to say I was caught off guard by these comments and both my sisters and I felt quite embarrassed and singled out. I responded by stating, āto not worry, that we would not be coming back...
