First, the staff I met was kind and helpful and amazing. What I am getting ready to say is not about anything they did or do ... they can only serve the products they are given.
The food was unfit for humans. The english muffin surrounding my sandwich was gooey and spongy. The egg was made factory style. The bacon was tasteless. Clearly a meal designed to enrich shareholders.
The drink was novel (red dragon fruit with mango blended with water over ice for nearly $6). It was also just flavored water with a few tiny slices of dragonfruit (hence the novelty) cut up in it. Being from a place where both of these fruits grow wild on the side of the road. I can assure you this drink did not contain fresh anything. It was terrible.
The internet speed (and I was the only person using a computer) was only 3 Mb and I had to given an email to use it.
Before I moved to asia I swore I would never step foot in a Starbucks again. Now, many years later, I decided to try once more. I could never have imagined it would get worse.
The place was empty and I suspect they do a lot of drive through business in the morning in order to stay open. No chance you could actually work from here.

The early morning of March 8th, we were in need of good coffee drinks, and we were in the drive thru line for this very busy Starbucks around 6 am. We ordered two Venti lattes. When we got to the window, we were asked to pay, and we were surprised because this was the only Starbucks location that we remember where we were asked for a tip. Because the staff at the window was friendly and welcoming, we tipped. We got our coffee drinks a short while later. However, as we drove away and began sipping our drinks, we became very disappointed. We noticed that the milk was not very foamy, the drinks tasted more like warm milk than lattes, and even when we finished our drinks, we did not feel that we had gotten much caffeine. I waited and order in the drive through lane, when went to pay The cashier today she said they canāt take that and I need to leave and come back with change. My drinks were already made so they just threw them out. They could have gave us the drinks and told us next time we need smaller currency at this location or some bs why they couldnāt expect my money. Instead of making it a learning opportunity it was a waste for the customer and the business as they threw already made drinks in the trash. I donāt think the franchise owners would like to see them waste product and upset a customer due to them not being able to accept my denomination of money.
