Unfortunately I will never come back here. I received a full set and within a week I had to come back 3x for cracked on the side nails. My tech said it was because I told her not to do thick. When I said "not to thick" I was referring to my nails not looking like eggs lol. I've also had techs that apply the acrylic way to thick and it does not look good at all. I understand for long nails they need to be thick enough so they won't break as I have been experiencing. However, thick and paper thin is a difference. I have never experienced that many nails break at one time. I went back a final time asking for her to make ALL my nails thicker of which I offered to pay for to avoid any more breaks! She ignored my request and only fixed the broken ones. While I was sitting in the chair they continued to talk about me in their language (rude)! How did I know, because my nail tech was pointing at my nails, raising her voice and they all kept staring at me. I felt so uncomfortable!! The worse feeling a customer should have to go through. They made me feel as if it was my fault my nails kept cracking. Not how you treat customers. They definitely lost a loyal customer and will continue to if they don't change their way of treating customers. Nail shops are a dime a dozen so find one that does good nails AND provides good customer service. As customers we pay way too much money these days to tolerate half fast nails and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The right thing to do, was the owner should have told me come in and I'll fix your nails so you're not in here every other day with cracked nails. It was obvious the tech that was "fixing " them could not fix them. They concentrated more on "you asked for thin nails" rather than fix the problem. I'm not the professional, they are.
UPDATE: 11/13/24 Another nail cracked!! A total of (4) nails broken now. Also, the gel on my thumb nail is also coming off ughhh! I'll now have to wait for this nail to heal and will have to go to another nail salon to fix and...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease donāt waste your time by coming here. The only reason I decided to try this place was because they open at 9:30 and my go to nail salon opens later. I still had to wait for a technician to assist me until 10am. But I was already there and didnāt mind waiting. I was there for a fill. I asked the tech to cut down my nails as my nail were already grown out. She started by filing them down without even trying to make them even. Some nails were a lot shorter than others. When I voiced my concerns she said she wasnāt done and that she would fix them later. After I noticed she was almost done shaping them I again told her the nails were uneven. I asked for a very square and short set. Iāve never had anyone mess that up!!!! I donāt think I was asking for too much. I kept telling her the shape she was giving me was not what I wanted. Some were round and other were square. Some nails were longer than others. She then asked for the girl at the front desk to come over. I would think she would be more helpful but I was wrong!!! She started saying my nails were too thick when I first got there. Absolutely no customer service. They began talking in a foreign language and I felt really uncomfortable, as Iām sure they were complaining about me. Iām a mother of 2 small children so rarely has time to get her nails done. I take that time to relax and as a form of self care. These women did not care for my satisfaction and were really rude.

However, recently.... they have been horrible. The owner is never there, they don't listen to what you want and end up trying to cover up there horrible job. I got my nails done a couple weeks and it was the worst nail job I've ever had. Christine (the nail lady I always have do my nails) knew I didn't like it and try to fix the dip by putting gel over it. They weren't even at all either. Today I went again and decided to give Christine another chance. Bad decision! My nails are horrible again. I specifically told her what I wanted and what I DID NOT want. She didn't listen and did what she wanted. After 3 years of business, I won't be going back! My opinion is that without the owner being there, they don't care about their customers and their requests. The owner needs to fix this or she's going to lose...
