Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Artesia — Hotel in Artesia

Worse place anyone could stay!! Believe the bad reviews for sure!i wish i would of! Check out was at 11am. As usual (i have 4 kids and we are from texas) we are always running late. We get lots of hotels in texas for anniversaries or family stays etc and we always check out a little later and pay the difference or sometimes they dont even care about the difference but if they do we pay. Anyways we thought california was the same right. So we let them know before hand we would be running behind and we would pay the difference. They told us we only had 30 mins and we told them no way we need more time but no worries we will pay. Check in for next family is not til 3pm and of course we would leave within time for them to still clean the hotel but needed more time then 11:30. 1130 came and they told us if we didnt leave in 10 mins they would call the police🥴🤣so they did . Cops were very nice and understanding and let us be there another hour thank God they called the cops! They didnt think they would be on our side LOL joke on them. Anyways hour passed and while my husband was trying to push everything out the hotel room i went to go check out (we always do this one goes and starts checking out while the other throws everything in the buggy and takes it to the car) and even in arizona we got a hotel and we did the same thing stayed like 2 hours passed the time and they didnt even care to charge us or even told us anything even though we offered. And i also checked out while hubby was getting everything out with NO ISSUE. these people wouldnt even let me check out until he was completely out and when they saw he was struggling to get the buggies out the room with 4 kids they were so mad INSTEAD OF HELPING. And called the laws again because they felt “threatened” because i told them i hope one day they come to Texas so we can teach them respect professionalism hospitality and we would never call 911 on them . If you are from texas you know this☺️anyways i was literally just trying to welcome them to my hometown and they got “scared”they stated i figured they would never come to texas anyways since they were already scared for i dont know what. Anyways the little guy in the front was super unprofessional and his manager wouldnt tell him anything!!! Everyone knows you can not disrespect your customers! But anyways they called the laws again… after i once again offered to pay for the difference since we dont live of the welfare over here we actually have REAL FULL TIME jobs not hotel jobs where you live of the welfare after that and think your the sh**. 🥴 they kicked me off the property for being welcoming to my town and laws showed up again . The guy in the front SWORE he was going to make sure i was put in jail … thinking he was somebody? And whole time cops were so nice they even helped my husband with our babies and bring the things down to the first floor and told us how we did nothing wrong they would not lock us up we were getting out of there and they seen how hard it was with all the kids but they did have to kick us out cause is days inn property who wanted us out so they were just doing their job but would never lock us up for this. They even took a picture with my son cause he loves cops🤣it was so funny seeing how dumb the front youngster looked whenever he seen we didnt go to jail and how helpful cops were like we were thankful they called the cops LOL it was the funniest thing and i definitely recorded everything and warned all social media about these people and hotel everyone agreed after seeing video of how unfair they treated us! Especially with our 4 kids they hated since they believe in killing kids. They always made ugly faces to them! And that day was not an exception! The most disgusting human beings but im glad everyone that seen my videos will never go there!but of course being a texonian we still invite yall over to texas one day so we can make yall feel like home something yall lack on.
