The store itself is clean, and the products are undoubtedly trendy, yet the staff and owners exhibited a remarkable lack of courtesy during both of my visits. On my first trip, I spent 10 minutes in the store and made a purchase totaling $500K. The associate, who claimed to be the owner, showed no initiative to leave the counter or engage with me in any meaningful way. When I asked two simple questions, her responses were terse and unwelcoming. While I didn’t require assistance as I had already selected the items I wanted, their lack of proactive engagement with a walk-in client was noticeable and disappointing.

Upon returning the following day to exchange my item, I encountered the same subpar service, despite the owner’s insistence that they operate a “friendly store.” To make matters worse, she informed me that her sister had labeled me as “trouble,” which was both unprofessional and unwarranted. Even after I presented proof of purchase via my Apple Wallet, the owner claimed she couldn’t verify the transaction, and I never received the receipt via text as originally promised.

It’s clear that both sisters, who run the store, are in desperate need of comprehensive customer service training. My overall experience was profoundly disappointing, and I sincerely hope they don’t treat all their customers this way.
