During my wife Dana Turner's first visit to this office with Dr. Komanski she was in shock! She has had macular degeneration injections for over 10 years with her doctor in Chicago. In all that time she has never experienced the procedure of using a sterile stick to apply the eye numbing medication to her eye in the waiting area, this procedure was always performed in an exam room, not sitting in the waiting area with other patients. The staff never use any sterile gloves or mask while giving her the medication. She wasn't sure where or how the medication was applied to the sterile stick or in a clean environment. When she was ready for her injection, she voiced how uncomfortable she was and concerned about what she was experiencing. When Dr. Komanski came into the exam room, he was dressed in street clothes, no mask or gloves. He immediately began to question her concerns with what she was experiencing, and he didn't want to proceed with the injection, he told her if she didn't agree with him, she could go and find another doctor. Dr. Komanski was very rude, unprofessional and has no caring compassion for his patients. She has now found another doctor who is very kind and caring to his patients. This office treats everyone like a herd of animals. I would never recommend this clinic or Dr. Christopher...

Was on hold over 30m - tried calling three different departments on hold for 12m each time before I gave up because I have to get back to work. Also no way to reach them via any other media, it all directs you back to their phone number that no one seems to answer.
Last season I was there they took my order for glasses told me itād be a couple weeks, never heard from them. Months go by because by then Iāve got more more affordable glasses online, but I call them to check the status. They completely lost my order.
Never have gotten a warm reception from anyone working at the front of the business, thereās always a bit of a hoity-toity attitude. Seems like they may have an administrative management issue.
Doctorās & services otherwise have been fine. They certainly have all the medical devices bells & whistles so they can take care of you thoroughly,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to Asheville Eye Associates Retinal specialist for evaluation of existing retina condition. The person doing the scanning of the eye pressure bumped the machine while taking the eye reading and the machine poked into my eye. I mentioned this to Dr. Stone later with no response. Next day my eye is sore and red. Called to discuss but was told to apply eye drops every 4 hours and it should clear up over the weekend. Tuesday the eye was totally enflamed. I called to discuss and was told the Doc would return the call. No return call. I went to my primary physician who prescribed medication and said I should see the ophthalmologist. Wednesday morningās call from Dr Stoneās office saying he was out of the office yesterday and that my eye should clear up in 2 or 3 weeks. Is that the service you want from your...
