Verizon Jacked our bill up to like 184.00 for 2 lines a month over the years, I was one of the very few left on the old unlimited data plan & my other phone was only on a 2gig data plan. Verizon kept trying to get me off that unlimited plan as they jacked up their price every time I turned around. I called numerous times to get my bill lowered & not change my plan; they did not want to hear it, so wife and I went to with a different carrier. We got two lines with unlimited data and saved 120.00 a month!! I DID NOT port my numbers so I could turn Verizon off on my own...FIST OFF... After over 10 years with them; they gave me such a hard time getting my phones turned off ..then to boot.. Verizon put my phones on the stolen hit list when they turned them off. The next day some guy came over to buy my note 4 and note 2; he then came back and said we have a problem; these phones are stolen.. I about flipped out! I called Verizon; they quickly took my two numbers off their black list and said we are very very sorry for the mistake, the guy that bought my phones then made a call with his new note 4 and it worked, he was all happy; he then knew Verizon messed this one up. This is only one of the many reasons wife and I left Verizon after many years,, their customer got very very poor these past years.… we are very very happy with our new carrier, coverage, price and customer service. I think people have more options now and many are leaving Verizon so in-turn it seems to me like Verizon is passing on their losses on to their customers. I AM SO DONE...
Read morehad a bad experience in mentor a month or two ago at their store next to the starbucks. well i heard good things about the ashtabula store so i figured i had to head to erie that day anyway so i went in. manager named randy was free up and came over to help me out because his other salesmen were busy. explained stuff to me with my samsung and even showed me how i could save money going to the unlimited plan. he told me he would change the plan and went in the back. then a bit of an older lady came over who said she was the manager too i dont remember her name but she asked how everything was going and i told her how great randy did and how he saved me about 35 bucks a month. she said i could get a tablet and this car thing too and still save the money. so a guy rang it out (spent about 400 bucks total but when you think about saving money 35x12 more than made up for the sum i spent) i come to find out that i only saved 5 bucks a month because this lady did not tell me there were fees and phone numbers with the stuff i got. i still am saving 5 bucks a month but i was under the impression id be saving 35. bit of a sour taste in my mouth but what can you do i didnt read the fine print and i was outside the return policy, so its kind of my fault too. just next time tell the customer about the phone numbers and charges. randy was...

All we ever get is a recording and then disconnected, no sales person ever picks up the phone and you never speak to anyone just push the buttons and follow the prompts, don’t want to waste a trip if they don’t have what I’m looking for but you can’t get a live answer. Super super poor disgusting impersonal lack of customer service inquiries, can’t even pick up the phone yet we have been a customer for over 20 years with more than 10 lines how’s that for service? I’ve spent enough with these folks over the years could have my own tower but this is the service I received not even worth one star.
