The Distillery 1812 — Local services in Ashville

I've been here almost 2yrs I enjoy living in these apartments. There are a few things I have noticed People not respecting the property by blatantly throwing trash down or leaving paperplates outside of there car. More dog poop not being picked up. Electrical issues that have been going on for well over 6 months. I have a screen at my front door so I can leave my front door open to let the breeze go through the apartment the other day I had 2 dogs walk into my apartment not leashed. I didn't know what to think about that. I didn't want to get anyone in trouble they didn't attack me so I let it go and they wondered back out the door. Absolutely amazing place to live! Property is kept spectacular all hours of the day. Residence are sweet and nice very chatty and home feeling. I feel safe to live here and be out all hours of the day and night. Reese the apartment manager is hands down one of the best I have ever had. Quick responses, quick to fix anything that is happening (when it does very rarely). Pet friendly, the property holds events for the residents, including holiday parties, social events for residence, food etc. The clubhouse is amazing in itself. My fiancé and I toured a two bedroom two weeks ago. When we were leaving we were told we could request an application online. I did that because I was hoping to be able to move in this week since my fiance is getting ready to be deployed for awhile. I requested an application through the website and was sent an application for another property. I called an left a voicemail. No response after 24 hours so I called again and was told that the assistant manager was out so I’d have to wait until she got back in office. No correspondence for another two days.
