A regular customer who has enjoyed everything in the past but today I place an order online through the app, money deducted from my account but when I arrive, they say they have had internet issues and did not recieve my order. No biggie, I still have the order recipt on my phone showing it was paid but per the store owner, they cannot make my order or refund my money. They tell me its my problem and will have to reach out to google for a refund. Very dissapointed that they are willing to lose a customer or help in any way even when I have the recipt for the order.
