The Ashville Viking Festival is always an excellent blend of entertainment and education due to the tireless coordinated effort of the artisans, performers, staff, and members of the community who actually work year round to be able to host such an inspired event each year. I have been a part of each year since it began and I am sorely disappointed that we are not able to meet again for 2020. I wish everyone a safe journey through these unusually difficult times and hope to rejoin the magnificent adventure...

Way smaller than OREN. It is nice though for people who don't want to deal with the crowds at OREN and still want a taste of faire. Admission is way cheaper - check out the page for details. And it is one of the few places I can find homemade ginger and root beer. I plan to get a gallon...
