Triple Play Pizza — Restaurant in Ashville

We had two foot long hot dogs. They were both cold. Not even warm. Like they took them out of the refrigerator and put them on the bun. They were preparing to close so I did not want to take them back to the window and reorder. Shredded cheese was maybe a teaspoon. Needed 5 times that much cheese. We ask for mustard on the dogs but got none. Even the buns were dried out. Poor quality food. Very disappointed in the hot dogs. The banana milkshakes were great. The basket of hand battered Vidalia onion rings were good but not cooked extra crispy as we ordered them. Service was very slow. Stood in line (only one ahead of me) for 15 minutes just to place order. Then about 10 more minutes to get food. Sat down at a table beside the restaurant and they turned off the outside lights. 10:00 o'clock I suppose, but it would have been nice to see the food we were eating. Turning off the lights on us was the last straw. Drove from Circleville to try this wonderful food I had heard about. REALLY...

The service at this place has been terrible recently.

I placed a delivery order that took almost two hours to arrive, even after calling repeatedly to remind them and get updates. They said one of the girls who works there screwed up the order and that led to the delay. When the driver finally arrived I told him to take it back since I had made myself dinner by that point.

Called again a few weeks later to place a pickup order and when I talked to the girl and was asking about menu and prices she had no clue what was going on. She didn't know what was available and couldn't quote me any prices without talking to the other people working there. I didn't order because the warning signs were clearly telling me it was a total $**# show in the shop.

If you're going to hire high school kids then train them or supervise them. I won't be ordering from this place...

We have ordered MANY pizza's from Triple Play Pizza, MANY. And last night is probably the last time. We ordered a large cheese pizza with extra sauce. They didn't give us an estimate on how long it would take and after an hour and a half, we called to check on the status of our order. We were told the driver "just got it out". Well how dumb we were to think that living only 10 minutes away our, $17 pizza, would arrive HOT. AND we gave them a tip!!! IT WASN'T EVEN WARM! Well, here's a tip! You got the FULL PRICE FOR THAT COLD PIECE OF CARDBOARD! If you're going to be so late that the customers order is COLD, HAVE THE COURTESY to AT LEAST MAKE A FRESH HOT PIZZA/ORDER! If we wanted a FROZEN PIZZA we would have walked to the dollar store and paid $5 for a Jack's pizza. At least it would have had flavor and was 3...
