Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews they are from employees of this business. This is a terrible business do not under any circumstances buy anything from this place. I just finished a four month ordeal.

1. Bought a matching washer/dryer set for $400 for a rental. It took a week to deliver because they were still "fixing" the washer.
2. Turns out the washer is not fixed. When it hits the spin cycle the bin hits the sides of the machine and it looks like the washer is possessed by a demon it is shaking so violently.
3. I want to swap it, they have a 90 day repair or replace warranty, that's a joke. They want to send a technician. After another week someone finally comes to look at it when I am not around. I get no report on the situation and no further contact.
4. I go to Lowes and buy a new washer and dryer for my home, transport my old set over to the rental and call these people to sell them the set they had sold me.
5. Within in two days someone is there to buy the units. They even wanted to buy the fridge off me. They didn't even realize it was the same set they had sold me or supposedly come to look at and fix. I get $80 for the set I just paid $400 for about a month ago. I'm fairly perturbed but happy to be done with the situation.
6. Yet it continues. The check they wrote me bounces. I get a note from my bank in the mail after a few weeks that it did not clear and I was charged an additional $12. It's the holidays now I don't have time to run back over there so I wait a week. I drive back over to this place and they don't have the money to give me but if I come back in a few days they will.
7. Finally I have gone and they have cash, but they have to break a $100 at the liquor store next door because I don't have change. I didn't even get the $12 for the bounced check. It's been 4 months, I'm out $332, and I have dealt with the worst business in Athens.
8. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS...

We had them come look at our broken washer and they diagnosed the problem and offered us a swap deal for one of the washers they had. Sounds totally reasonable and it came with a 90 day warranty.

The washing machine that we received was a Frankenstein’s monster with parts taken from all kinds of washers and put into this one. The drum specifically didn’t fit the washer and splashed water around so much that it leaked every time we ran it.

We had them come “fix” it about 4 times and finally just said enough and asked for them to take the washer back and we wanted a refund. The warranty doesn’t give you money back, but a credit to this store. I will never be using this place ever again, so a credit would be worthless to me.

The only good thing I can say about this place, and why it’s getting 2 stars and not 1, is because the lady who owns the store and the technicians are very nice and responsive. Besides that there isn’t anything...

I absolutely hate giving one star ratings but I have to. Buying a fridge from here has been a nightmare. I gave them my brand new fridge and bought one from them just bc I wanted a bigger fridge that produces water.

I asked if everything worked they said yes and explained they would clean the fridge before delivering.

I received the fridge ice maker did not work, fridge was dirty and the water tasted disgusting. They fixed the ice maker, I called about the water taste they said I need to buy a new filter I did. Water still taste funny.

Worse part after I received the fridge I start seeing roaches in and around the fridge so now I have a roach problem that for a fact came from the fridge which they clearly did not clean like they said they would. I lived in my newly built home for 3 years and never had one roach now after the fridge comes so...
