GOOD LUCK getting help for your electrical needs at this business right now! !!!! They are NOT OPEN, WILL NOT EVEN TAKE A BULB FROM YOU at the door (with gloves, mask and hand sanitizer). I had to DRIVE HOME, text a picture of the bulbs, then drive back to get them. Called the number on the door when I returned - received a message that I was "calling after normal business hours." Didn't tell me to go all the way around to the back to pick them up...... until I was half way around the back, on the WRONG SIDE of the fence. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT NOW!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!! Could not be WORSE...

House Electric is amazing. They are always at the ready to help with whatever common or quirky request one might have. I love their wide range of stocked products aside from electrical supplies and lighting, such as unique decor, toys and books. House Electric is involved in multiple local charitable events (e.g. books for keeps, diaper and food drives, etc.), and their COVID-19 precautions in store plus curbside pickup service make for a comfortable, easy shopping experience. I took an small antique boudoir lamp that had belonged to my late MIL to them May 24, 2024. It had a broken socket and needed a new cord with an on/off switch. They took it apart, put it in a box (which at one point could not find for 20 minutes) and did nothing for seven whole weeks! Never called, no explanation, nothing.
