Saw Dr Safwan as a new patient and was disappointed. She did not listen at all. She stated that I needed to make extreme changes in my life. That I needed to follow a Mediterranean lifestyle and diet. I explained to her that I already do eat a Mediterranean diet. She also said that I needed to cut back on salt- I told her I cook at home with no salt products nor added salt. When I tried to ask her specific questions about my health the only recommendation was that I was not eating or exercising right and need to make extreme changes. She did not provide any insight on why she based her opinion that way. Not to mention this was determined in all of 10 minutes. I left there with a high bill for nothing. My mother was under the care of Dr. Lackson and went for xrays on Monday, December 30,2019. NO ONE from that office called and told her the results. SHE EVEN CALLED 2x to find out something and was never called back!!! 7 days later after going to urgent care the doctor told her she had pneumonia which the radiologist had noted on the xray 7 days earlier. She went the whole week with pneumonia because of this doctor and staff’s incompetence. She is elderly and could have DIED!!! I would never use this doctor or trust this system. Dr Mabry unprofessional while treating me for hypertension in diabetes he blew up on me and my wife after I said excuse me I got take this call from my boss . He got up said he could not see me no longer. Then top off my appointment wat for him was at 8:40 am then his staff didn't call me back til 9:50 an hour 10 min later.
